The wait is over, the Polymount Film Cleaner is ready to hit the market

29 January 2018
Polymount Film Cleaner

Finally it’s here; The Polymount Film Cleaner, the first machine that enables printers to reuse their start-up material by cleaning printed film. In the first quarter of 2018 we will install the first couple of Film Cleaners. After introducing this ground-breaking concept at Drupa in 2016 we received a lot of interest.
Every printer we asked confirmed that the amount of start-up waste they could reduce by using our machine would have a significant impact on their profitability and sustainability.
With this is mind we kept improving and developing the Film Cleaner to absolute perfection, and now it's finally ready to hit the market! If you are interested in the performance and capabilities of our Film Cleaner, send us your material and we will run it through our machine. It is also possible to visit our Creation Center for a live demo with your material, simply contact one of our sales offices for more info.

Polymount Film Cleaner wins FTA 2017 Sustainability excellence award

30 April 2017
Polymount Film Cleaner

The Polymount Film Cleaner receives the 2017 FTA Sustainability Excellence Award. This award is given to companies for exceptional efforts in developing innovative, processes, products and management approaches that have had a positive impact on the three mainstays of sustainability – people, planet and profit.

The concept of the Polymount Film Cleaner
It’s simple; The Polymount Film Cleaner cleans your printed film and enables you to reuse this film for the next set-up of a new print job. Instead of ending up with thousands of meters of waste set-up film we have developed a machine, which allows you to reuse your set-up film over and over again. Cleaning your set-up substrates is also beneficial even if you don’t want to reuse it but choose to recycle it instead. Clean film with no ink remaining will obtain a higher resale value compared to printed film.
